It's Time for Camp!!

2013's Summer Horse Camp will be held June 24-28 from 9:00 until noon. 

Participants will have fun while learning riding skills from a Multiple World Champion, Carded Judge, ARHA World Show Judge, PATH Certified Instructor, Certified Special Olympic Equestrian Coach and Certified Equine Massage Therapist. 

Camp for ages 10 thru 18 consist of safe horsemanship techniques, vaulting, riding lessons, games on horseback, and yes, our horses bowl and play soccer! All participants will ride our world and grand champion horses in our indoor and outdoor arenas, as well as over the ranch’s 80 acres under supervision and guidance. Some activities may include:  

Grooming and Handling    Horse Painting    Flag/Bucket Race    Pole Bending    Barrel Racing     Musical Horses

Obstacle Race    Ground Driving    Spa Day for the Horses     Water Bucket Race     Trail Ride    Handling Foals

Weiney Jumping    Vaulting     ….and more!

 

Fee for camp is $275 per person. Helmets, jeans, and boots are required. Helmets will be "loaned" by Double "J" Ranch. RSVP by June 10 to reserve your horse. Half fee deposit required.
